Community
We also carry out training opportunities and have been supporting the Project Trident project for a number of years. Many of our Trident participants have gone on to become full trainees and apprentices.
In addition, we were instrumental in the launch of the JECA apprenticeship initiative and fully support the Back to Work scheme and Advance to Work – these programs are government initiatives that provide the long term unemployed or school leavers with an opportunity to find full time employment.
We feel passionately about supporting the local community, for that reason we continue to support and sponsor St. Ouen Football Club. This partnership has lead us to sponsor the renovation of the facilities at St Ouen Football Club and provide construction workers to upgrade the site for the Island Games that are being held in Jersey (June-July 2015). We are also sponsoring the Jersey island football team during these Games.
